EOL is a 3-month self-leadership program which helps you to become clear.
Clear inside and to enter into true (self-) leadership.
Clear about your own purpose in life and/or regarding a certain question life is asking you at the moment.
Clear about your emotional and mental blockages and the potential for self-efficacy.
Clear about your inner direction and alignment.
Clear about your own mastery & talents.
Clear on how to approach your future and how to create it as a reality for you.
You decide how intensely and deeply you enter into your process and what you allow to “emerge” within the program.

Intense 3 month process with the essential component of the “serendipity constellations” led by Daniela.

You will have the opportunity for your own “serendipity constellation” during one of the 6 topical modules. You will also be an active participant in your peer’s constellations.
2 x 60 minutes of 1:1 coaching with Daniela.
23 hours group program over 3 months ( 2 x 2.5 hours, 6 x 3 hours).
Focus topics during modules: Purpose, Trust, Authenticity, Courage, Mastery & Greatness.
Informal peer coaching with EOL Buddy (optional).
1 hour of self-study/reflection in-between sessions (optional).
